Not received!

I ordered two Face Savers weeks ago and received your email giving me the option of waiting or not. So I was happy to wait. I’ve received this email asking me to review it but I’ve received nothing! Please help with this because I love the product and I paid for two. I live on 2nd floor of block of flats with Intetcon and nothing has been delivered to me. Can you investigate this please? Neat 3B Face Saver Gel for Facial Sweating is the best product I have found for Facial Sweating. It is brilliant under make-up and definitely makes a difference by helping to keep your make-up on for longer. I use it every day whether I'm getting sweaty or not!
