2nd review… Still no product!!!

From the link that came in an email, the package arrived in Los Angeles on the 18th of May. It doesn’t say anything else…

it really helps! So much softer and skin restored

Not only on feet (that I should use more often) but I used to work in electroplating - on chemical tanks all day and my hands were severely suffering and dried out etc. This also worked great on that to restore my skin to it's natural health.

I do have lots of trouble with my feet so was pleased to see Neat Feat heel balm included in the xmas beauty box. I have been using a foot scrub on my feet which has helped but an application every every day of heel balm is softening my skin a lot. The only problem I have is the product is greasy and takes ages to soak in .I certainly has helped my feet though.

To address the greasiness, I recommend applying a smaller amount and allowing more time for it to absorb before walking. This should help maintain the benefits without the prolonged greasy feeling.

This is a nice moisturiser for your feet. Not too great feeling and smells not too bad either. I didn’t find it repaired them overly well but does leave them feeling softer so still a nice product.

Works well, slightly sticky

I have very dry and slightly cracked heels and need a heel balm to soften the skin. I always look for formulas that have a decent amount of urea, which is an ingredient that works well to moisturise and exfoliate and also reduce dead skin buildup. This New Zealand-made product contains 25% urea plus lanolin, petrolatum in a fairly simple formula. It is safe for diabetics and recommended by podiatrists. I bought a double pack with two 75 tubes for $11+ while it was on sale at Chemist Warehouse. The product spreads well although it is a little waxy and sticky after application, but not as sticky as Dermal Therapy's heel balm. It does form a layer that lasts. After application before bed, my heels were immediately softer by the morning and no longer sticky. I don't know if I'll ever find an effective heel balm with a high percentage of urea that is not sticky at all, but the texture is what is stopping me from giving this 5 stars. It works well, but I don't particularly enjoy applying it!
